Spotlight on: Central Otago Plums
It’s plum season here in Central Otago! We celebrate this tart and complex flavour by creating multiple goodies that highlight this often under appreciated fruit. Our ice cream flavour of the month is Plums and Cream, a vanilla base ice cream with a tart plum caramel and a spiced plum jam folded through. Don’t sleep on it!
